Hi everyone, I’m Vivian, the person behind the pages of Rebel Heart Wellness! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Body Positive Advocate living and working in Amsterdam.
By sharing my experiences and knowledge, I hope to encourage each of you to:
- Honor your vibe – get curious about and own who you are and where you are in life
- Nourish your own inner spark & embrace your “you-ness”, if you will
- Find your true north (if you can manage the first two, this is the natural result)
- Laugh a little. Or a lot. It helps. 🙂
I also hope that each of you can find some bits and pieces of my own journey that are relevant and relatable to your own. Being human is such a complicated thing, so why be alone in it if we don’t have to?! (Or, for my introverts out there: why be alone, when we could be online, socializing in the comfort of our own homes… still alone?!) So please, use this site to learn, to share, to relax. Take from it what you need, ignore what you don’t. Pro tip: that last bit applies to more than just this blog!
