Class descriptions:

Please note: class schedule rotates between classes. Not all classes may be available during the same month.

  • Barre: A barre-less barre class! Barre pairs pilates and ballet training moves to tone, strengthen and lengthen you in all directions. Light weights (or weight replacements) are used to increase muscular endurance and are paired with mat work to ensure a well-rounded routine. Class length: 30 minutes. (Prenatal friendly upon request.)
  • Cardio Sculpt: This is a low-impact (jumping optional!), high intensity interval class designed to get your heart rate up and your skin glowing! In just 30 minutes we work from head to toe, with a different focus area each week. Low-impact options are offered for all moves and modifications are offered for anyone who needs/desires them! Class length: 30 minutes.
  • Sculpt: This class uses light weights and focuses on strengthening you from head to toe with high reps and a fun combo of pilates and barre moves to challenge your mobility and get you stronger! 30 minutes.
  • Lower Body Sculpt: LBS is all about strengthening your abs, glutes and back using light weights, sliders (or substitutes), and a combination of pilates and calisthenics moves. Please note that this class is not prenatal friendly. 30 minutes.
  • Sweat & Sculpt: A hybrid of Sculpt & Cardio Burst, this class will combine pilates-fusion mat work with high intensity cardio moves. Low-impact options will be available! Class Length: 30 minutes.
  • Upper Body Sculpt (Formerly Arms & Abs): This class uses light weights and our own body weight to work your upper body to the max! Pilates, calisthenics and strength moves will leave you feeling long and strong in 30 minutes. Class length: 30 minutes.

UPDATE: Currently, all barre classes are prenatal/postnatal safe. Sculpt can be prenatal safe upon request. For more information about prenatal/postnatal training together, please click HERE.
